AUA Barsam Suites is a not for profit foundation, which began in 2007 through the donation of the former HyBusiness Suites by the late social entrepreneur and AUAC Board Member - Vartkes Barsam, and his wife Hasmik.
Along with assistance from USAID funds, they were able to create not only a viable locally run commercial hotel, but also serve to help support students, visiting faculty, and various international students.
So, your stay at the AUA Barsam Suites contributes towards a scholarship fund, which goes directly support the many local American University of Armenia students.
