A virtual museum of Armenian handcrafts, Avan Villa Hotel's design was influenced by 19th century pre-industrial Armenian culture. This design carries through to the hotels restaurant, where you can try a unique blend of modern and historic Armenian cuisine made with fresh local ingredients. Avan Villa's terrace can hold 60 diners, and has a unique Armenian tonir, used to bake fresh Armenian bread on special occasions.

If you want to stay away from the heavy traffic of the centre of the city, Avan villa is a perfect spot for you. You easily get to the centre by car within 15 minutes.

The restaurant seats 30 diners in the dining room of wrought iron and walnut features, an open kitchen offering traditional Armenian cuisine. In addition to scrumptuous Armenian meals the restaurant caters to vegeterians with delicious veggie meals.

The hotel has a small conference room with an occupancy of 20.

Although the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the city centre, the staff can provide cars immediately with a charge.

- Confirmed individual reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hour before arrival date without penalty.
- No-show or cancellation withinn 24 hours from first day of reservation are charged penalty fee equal to 50% of entire booking.
