Avan Villa

Each room at Avan Villa Hotel is unique and different than the other decorated with rich arts and crafts in "old Armenia" style. Rooms showcase exclusive hand-made furniture and interior furnishing by talented Armenian craftsmen who used local and traditional materials. The interior accessories were created by Tufenkian Design.

Each room features Frette Egyptian cotton sheets Sealy Crown Jewel mattresses, exclusive handmade Tufenkian carpets and wooden parquet floors. Every room has its own colour and decoration with TV, telephone, Internet, central air conditioning and heating.

All rooms have a spacious marble bathroom equipped with hairdryer toiletries, hairdryer and a shower.

All the rooms in the hotel are non smoking, but the restaurant has both smoking and non-smoking sections.
