Hotel doesn`t have an elevator. In each floor there are 2 or 3 rooms. It is close to the newly built Northern Avenue, which connects Republic Square with the Opera house. The area where the hotel is situated is now under construction. The construction work begins at 9 o`clock and finishes at 7 o`clock. The windows of the hotel are soundproof.
