State University Guest House is clean has all the bare necessities. It is a good buy especially given the great location on Mashtots Avenu. This is one of the main avenues in Yerevan within walking distance to the Matenadaran, Armenia's ancient handwritten book depository. The Matenadaran is open for public and its building by itself is a fantastic architectural minument to visit.
